Praticing For Marathon

Every runner must have their own achievement goals, for the beginner level, its enough for them to start with 5km, then 10km and so on.. but the highest satisfactory is when u finished your own full marathon <42km>.. It takes training of your physical and mind condition to the highest level.

Just like myself, i was a beginner runner 2 years ago, but now i have completed 3 full marathon and still counting.. For starter, u must run for completed the distance not chase the time unless u are professional. first time i finish my marathon is in 6 hours, in Penang Bridge Full Marathon last year..
